Online Sponsorship Form

We are providing you with two convenient methods of sponsorship registration and payment.

Online Registration/Payment: fill out the form below and securely pay the Friends of the Market Sponsor Program fee via Paypal. Paypal accepts credit and debit cards. You will receive a confirmation email after your payment has been processed.

Mail-in Registration/Payment: download and fill out the Friends of the Market Program Commitment Letter (pdf) and mail it along with payment. Mailing address is located on the commitment letter.

Please make note:

  • All sponsors must remit payment by April 1 to receive full benefits.
  • You will receive a receipt and written confirmation of your donation at the address you provided in the online form or printed form.
  • Logo, business ad and bio must be created by the Sponsor and provided no later than April 1 to receive full benefits. Submit to info@foothillsfarmersmarket.com.
  • Full screen ad in slideshow must be provided by the Sponsor and submitted no later than April 1. Submit to info@foothillsfarmersmarket.com.
  • Booth date and space will be assigned by the Market Manager. Sponsors are responsible for providing all necessary set-up materials (tent, tables, chairs, displays, etc.) and removing all materials at the conclusion of their assigned Saturday.
