Foothills Cupcakes

Owner Haley Cook invites you to “Indulge in your Cupcake Cravings”.   After always being asked to make cupcakes for parties and showers, Haley Cook decided to start up a business out of my house and  created Foothills Cupcakes in January 2011.  She has hopes of one day having a bakery shop of her very own.  For now, purchase directly from Haley or in two stores in Fallston – the Fallston Coffee Shop and the 18 North Convenience & Cafe.  She hopes to have her delicious product line in storefronts in both Shelby & Boiling Springs.

Haley has loved to bake for as long as she can remember and enjoys that love with others.  Her baking skills are evident in the range of desserts she creates.

Choose from nine different cake flavors: (vanilla, chocolate velvet,coconut, red velvet, strawberry, raspberry, mint chocolate chip, blueberry, or strawberry…Covered in six tasty frosting options: vanilla cream cheese, orange cream cheese, vanilla buttercream, peanut butter buttercream, strawberry buttercream, and mint buttercream.  Think you have a difficult choice now?  Haley promises many more flavors to come.

Cupcakes may be purchased as a single ($1.50), by the half-dozen ($9), or dozen ($18).
